Hi Eriko and Clive
Thankyou for organising such a fabulous weekend. The industry dinner and followed by Sacred Earth was wonderful.
I learned a lot from the talk and demo and class by Simon Borg-Olivier, amazing man, and loved the Dru yoga classes, another high light for me was Barbara's delivery of the 5 Tibetans which I thought she did really well in a very natural open and easy manner.
Great weekend, thankyou so much.

The Five Tibetans are at least 2000 years old.
They are a set of 5 (only) simple yet highly effective energizing exercises that originated from the so-called "ageless monks" in Tibet. Known also as the Five Rites of Rejuvenation, they were brought to the West early last century by a retired British Army officer who in his search for “The Fountain of Youth” found them and learnt them in a Tibetan monastery.
